• The mission of "Bridge the Gap Outreach Ministries" is to promote self-reliance while edifying the holistic needs of "ALL" humanity with emphasis towards at-risk youth, teens, and seniors through our faith-based, family-centered, and community-focused programs. These programs are designed to address the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of individuals and families living in poverty stricken areas throughout the Commonwealth and abroad;  regardless of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
